There are a few things that can help me understand your business better.
If you don't have a website or the things I am asking for that's okay too, just skip those sections that don't apply to you.
I am just trying to collect as much information as I can so I can help you better.
Google Analytics
If you have a google analytics account add me as a user so I can see how users are using your website.
- Sign in to Google Analytics..
- Click Admin, and navigate to your account.
- In the Account click User Management.
- In the Account users list, click +, then click Add new users.
- Enter jon@doubledragonstudios.com for my email address
- Select Notify new users by email to send me a message.
- Select the permissions to Read & Analyze
- Click Add.
Shopify
If you have shopify add me as staff. This will give me some insight into your sales and apps you are using and ways you can improve your shop.
- Log in as the account owner.
- From your Shopify admin, click Settings, then click Account.
- In the Staff accounts section, click Add staff account:
- Enter Jonathan Kruse for my name and jon@doubledragonstudios.com for my email address.
- Make sure that I have permissions for Apps, and Reports
- Click Send invite when you're done.
- An email invitation to create an account will be sent to me.
Skype
I'll be talking with you over Skype so that I can share my screen to help you understand everything better. If you don't have skype please install it and create a username.
